Our Carlos Gove pattern tomahawk handle is 22" long with a swell along the bottom of the handle. The handle is drilled full length for use with a pipe tomahawk. Designed for our Carlos Gove pipe tomahawk head. This large handle fits all our popular large size wax cast tomahawks, including our Francisca, Viking Axe, Medieval, New Reliable, Old Reliable, Large Heart, and our larger hand forged tomahawks. The tapered eye, 1-7/16" tall by 1-1/8" wide, fits many other popular brands, too. We do not recommend using maple handles on throwing tomahawks.
