Historically Remington made only a small number of this single action revolver. This replica revolver is blued with a 5-1/2" barrel, walnut grips, and lanyard loop on the bottom of the frame. Chambered in caliber. 45 Colt (.45 Long Colt). The bore is bright, clean, and ready to shoot. The left side of the barrel is marked 45 Colt and the top of the barrel is marked Cimarron FA Co. Fredericksburg, Texas / Manufactured by A. Uberti Italy in two lines. The cylinder release button allows easy cleaning. A bronze escutcheon surrounds a blued screw on the dark stained walnut grips. A lanyard loop is fitted to the bottom of the grip, indicating a Police Model.

Pull the hammer to half cock, and swing open the loading gate to remove the empties and reload the cylinder. We strongly recommend carrying any single action revolver with the hammer down, on an empty cylinder, for your safety. This Uberti revolver includes a hidden inertia block safety inside the hammer, to prevent accidental discharge if dropped. Despite the safety features, we prefer to carry the hammer down on an empty chamber!
