This replica tinder box is a flat oval, with the lid hinged off center. Neatly polished brass, it measures 2" x 4" with about 5/8" depth. Small enough to fit neatly in your pocket or pouch, and is just large enough for our striker, flint and tinder. The lid is rimmed inside, for a moderately snug "snap tight" fit.
