The Butcher blade is great for use in the kitchen. Features a 6" blade, with a 10-1/2" overall length. Forged from .094" thick carbon cutlery steel by America's oldest cutlery, Russell Green River. Properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge.
We recommend three (3) #RIVET-5 brass rivets. Use our Piloted Counterbore to seat the rivet heads flush with the surface. Order our #DRILL-PCB-5.
Looking for a matching sheath? The sheaths listed below will fit this blade nicely.
