Large 8" butcher knife blade with an overall length of 12-1/2" . Blade has been forged from .094" thick carbon cutlery steel. It has been properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge. Made in the U.S.A. by America's oldest cutlery, Russell Green River.
Pair of American black walnut handle scales, 3/8" thick by 1.5" x 5". Handles are unfinished, ready to accept stain, finish or sealer.
