Fullstock rifles were made for the early westbound trade, by Henry Eicholtz Leman at his factory in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Leman often used plain maple, and painted the stripes. This stock is not inlet for a lock, but is inlet for a 15/16" straight octagon barrel. The 7/16" ramrod hole drilled full depth, with a shaped forend. Lock panels are shaped, with no lock mortise cut. Hand inlet your favorite flint or percussion lock. This stock has a shaped forend, crisp lock panels, and straight cheek piece.
