This York County rear sight is modeled after one by George Shreyer. It will make a excellent choice for your next longrifle. Made in the U.S.A. from wax cast steel.
Cut your dovetail .050" deep, not more than .062" deep, .750" long, by .620" wide for 1-1/8" octagon, or file trim edges to fit a 1-1/16" barrel. Height from the bottom of the dovetail to the top of the sight notch is 0.39".
