A used factory assembled Kentucky pistol from Ultra-Hi, manufactured by Miroku of Korea. The beechwood stock is stained to a medium brown, and this pistol is trimmed in brass furniture, which has developed a dark patina. The percussion lock is color case hardened and stamped with a die embossed decorative border. The pistol features a .45 caliber barrel with a bright well maintained bore. This pistol points naturally when aimed.

The .45 caliber rifled barrel is 10" long, including the breech plug, and is just under 7/8" octagon. The bore is bright, clean, and ready to shoot. The factory bluing has a few light scratches from use. The barrel is fitted with a brass blade front sight and flat top rear sight. The left oblique flat of the barrel is stamped Mfg. for Ultra-Hi by Miroku Korea along with the serial number. The right oblique flat is stamped .45 Cal. Black Powder Only. The breech is fitted with a 6-1mm threaded nipple for No. 11 percussion caps. We recommend our #NW-170 nipple wrench due to the tight clearance around the nipple.

The beech stock is stained to a medium brown and has many small handling marks. The brass furniture has mellowed to a dark patina. The wooden ramrod is fitted with brass tips, but they are not threaded for cleaning or loading accessories. We recommend our #PL-6-45 to service this pistol. The brass sideplate is inlet flush with the side panel and secured with two lock bolts. The percussion lock is stamped with a die embossed decorative border and color case hardened. The lock functions as it should. The single trigger requires a firm pull to release the lock.
