This trigger and plate was first used on the Sharon 10 gauge single barrel fowling gun kit. It works well with our #TG-Eng-3 triggerguard, using a mounting screw from above. We recommend using our #Bolt-T-10-F tang bolt.
This trigger plate is about .485" at the widest point, tapering to .385" at the rear. Rounded at the rear, it has a tapered "beavertail" finial at front. Unlike many other trigger plates, this plate has "draft" or taper along the edges, widening at the bottom to aid in achieving a better fit. The high pivot point gives best leverage for light release.
