This classic style, is a copy of an early Lancaster County triggerguard. Large enough to accommodate double set triggers. Brass was most commonly used, but longrifles trimmed in nickel silver, or with mixed brass and nickel silver trim are known.
Overall length is 10-9/16", inside trigger bow is 3" long, and 1-1/8" deep.
