This English trade knife is 9-1/4" overall length. The blade is 5-1/4" long, and is 1-1/4" at the widest point. The base of the blade has decorative piercings. The 1095 hi carbon steel blade is 1/16" thick, etched much like a damascus steel blade, except the steel forms a random pattern. The 4" long handle is made of nicely finished maple scales, secured with brass cutler's pins. Each knife will vary slightly.
