Worn over the shoulder, not around your neck, this long thin flask hangs at your side, out of the way until needed. It will hold up to five pounds of shot, up to sixty (60) shots. The rich thick brown leather is professionally sewn with six stitches per inch, with two parallel rows of stitches along all seams. The 1” wide shoulder strap has a nice heavy polished brass buckle with an iron tongue. The flask body is about 19" long, and the adjustable strap is an additional 28" length.
The Irish style shot charger head is made of brass, not plated. Irish chargers have a removable charger cup to dispense up to 1-1/2 ounces of lead bird shot. Insert one or more of our .125" "A" cards, 24 gauge (.58 caliber) into the shot cup, to reduce the shot capacity 1/8 ounce or more.
