This is a used Hnter bag, but with a leather strap, not the woven strap as in the stock photo.
A medium 9" x 8" size bag. Made from 6 oz. elk tanned cowhide, hand antiqued, with a bucktail flap. A non-gusseted main bag with extra pocket on the front and inside of the bag. Non-adjustable 2" jute and cotton woven strap, with a leather short starter loop sewn on the strap.
