This replica Remington Pocket Model Revolver has a brass frame, blued octagon barrel, and walnut grips. In good condition this nice revolver has a few handling marks from normal use. The brass has developed a dark patina from use. The bore is bright and has been well maintained. This small revolver is .31 caliber, with a blued cylinder. This small revolver was made in Italy by Armi San Marco. The right barrel flat is marked A.S.M. Black Powder Only Cal. 31 Made in Italy. The blued octagon barrel is 3-1/2" length. A small brass post serves as a front sight, and a groove in the frame acts as the rear. The brass frame has darkened from use and age. The grips have a few small handling marks from use.

The factory recommends .320" round balls, and each chamber will hold 15 grains of FFFg powder. We recommend 12 grains of FFFg powder, and our .320" round balls, #BALL-320-X, for best accuracy and better compression. Cover each ball with a small amount of bullet lubricant grease. Despite your best efforts, this revolver will need to be cleaned after 12 or 18 shots. Lower the loading lever, remove the cylinder pin, and cylinder. Wipe the face of the cylinder, and wipe the cylinder pin. If you continue to load and fire a badly fouled revolver, the effort needed to cock and fire the gun will become greater, causing the small internal hand, spring, and cylinder latch to become worn and slightly damaged. Continued use will cause the cylinder and latch to become out-of-time. Simple cleaning and maintenance will prevent problems.
