This pocket sized double barreled Ethan Allen "Snake Eyes" box lock pistol appears to be very lightly used. The barrels are 4-1/4" long and the pistol is 8" total length. The barrel is marked Ethan Allen by HOPPES, and there is a tiny post style front sight along the centerline. The barrels and box lock frame are finished matte blue-black with some incised scroll decoration. The right hand barrel has a rub mark near the muzzle. The hammers, trigger, and triggerguard are factory finished with a gloss blue-black. The black walnut grip have a few small marks on the base that continue on the frame.

The single trigger releases both hammers in sequence. When both hammers are cocked, by pulling the trigger, the right hammer fires first, and with more pull on the trigger, the left hammer then fires. You may also cock the hammers separately to fire. The hammers on this .36 double barreled percussion pistol, must be pulled back manually.
