This reproduction Henry Derringer pistol was made in Spain for Dikar and is very similar to those offered by Connecticut Valley Arms. Measuring 7-1/2" overall, the pistol features a beech stock, brass furniture, and 2-1/2" 45 caliber octagon barrel. The back-action percussion lock has factory engraving and is stamped "DERRINGER, PHILADELPHIA." The barrel is retained by a single steel pin with decorative brass inlay.

This example was finished from a kit. We note the front sight is missing. The threaded hole for the front sight is drilled all of the way through the barrel and into the bore. A new front sight or plug will need to be fitted before firing this pistol. The blued barrel finish has aged to a speckled brown patina. The brass has darkened from long storage. The bore is bright and has been well maintained. Order it for a ten day visual inspection. You will be delighted. Else if it does not fit you, return it in unfired condition for same-day refund.
