This hand made buffalo powder horn measures 13-3/4" around the outer curve from the tip to the base. The 3-1/4" base is turned with decorative rings and has a iron staple to secure a strap. The body of the buffalo horn is a satin black in color. Buffalo horn differs from cow horn and the smooth hand scraped finish displays some of the natural grain of the horn along the body.
