This tiny oval has a slot about .072 x .375" for a wedge key.

Thumbpiece inlay, from 1750 era English fowling gun. This thumbpiece measures 2-1/4" tall, and 1-1/8" at the widest point.

Thumbpiece inlay from a 1760 era Lancaster longrifle attributed to Jacob Dickert. This thumbpiece has a slight asymmetry to match the original. Shaped with pre-cast engraving in a period folk art style. It measures 1-3/8" tall, and 23/32 at the widest point. It has a small lug on the back to mount a screw up through the wrist to secure.

This small lantern measures 4-1/8" tall with a 1-5/8" diameter base. The two oval steel rings act has handles and give the lantern added stability when placed on a flat surface. The rings fold along the back side of the lantern for convenient storage. The perfect lantern for the trekker, re-enactor, or period camper. Also available in copper.
