This 12-3/4" horn is nicely scrimshaw engraved with Pennsylvania Dutch ( Deutsch) designs of tulips and vines with a geometric band from the neck to the base. The cone shaped base is secured with small wood pegs and is fitted with a iron staple to mount a strap. The neck of the horn has paneled flats with wedding band ring to tie a strap. The stopper is fitted with a leather lanyard to prevent loss.
