This replica 1849 Colt Pocket Model revolver is .31 caliber, with the high polished blue, color case hardening, and silver plated triggerguard and backstrap. The revolver appears to unfired with the factory carton. The plating on this example is in excellent condition, as they often speckle when stored in the box.

The frame is color case hardened in a rainbow of mottled colors. The triggerguard and back strap are polished brass silver plated. The cylinder is factory engraved with the classic stagecoach scene. The loading lever is color case hardened. Correctly marked ADDRESS SAM'l COLT ~ NEW YORK CITY on the top flat of the 4" barrel. The tiny brass bead front sight is served by the rear sight, a notch in the hammer, to maximize sight radius. The walnut grips are correctly finished in the rich reddish brown color found on fine original Colt revolvers.
