This shotgun was apparently made to meet the requirements for a shooting event. It has very crude shaping and is not well fitted with inletting gaps. It has a well worn appearance. It has no provisions to accept a ramrod. The stock is square and bulky with glued in spacers on the buttstock. The 12 gauge Melot 31" barrel is choked to .709" at the muzzle. The bore is bright. Rib appears to be epoxied in place. Lock is a Dixie Gun Works Ashmore percussion lock, trigger is a L&R shotgun trigger. Sold as-is.
