This new tin cap has a brass spout with free flow valve, for pouring powder into your measure, refill your horn, or top off your flask. Screw this cap onto your metal GOEx black powder can, and it becomes an instant powder flask. It will not fit plastic cans. The brass spout tip can be removed and powder measures attached.
