Left hand shooters can build a Hawken, using our left hand Jim Bridger Hawken lock. Wax castings are nicely finished, tempered, assembled, and signed by R. E. Davis. Smooth internal parts, polished critical points and bearing surfaces, and a heavy duty mainspring give this lock a crisp action. Fitted with a fly, this lock works well with Hawken style double set triggers.

Our matching right and left locks emulate locks made by the Hawken brothers of Saint Louis, circa 1840-1850.
