Question:
Why am I not getting a price for shipping?
Answer:
We are currently unable to provide shipping rates for all countries, and for all
weights of packages. There are two different messages you may receive:
- Message
Unknown Destination. This message will appear if you are located in a country
that we currently have no shipping rates listed on our site for.
- Message Over Weight Limit.
This message will appear if the contents of your cart weigh more then our current
shipping rates to your destination.
Even though our site is unable to display the correct shipping rates for either
your country or the weight of the package, you may still place an order on our site.
When we receive the order, we will manually calculate the correct shipping total.

What is the CCID and where can I find it?
Answer:

For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CCID. The CCID is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Card.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Enter the three-digit number following the credit card number. (See above.)
American Express: On the front of the card. Enter the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number. (See above.)
If your CCID is NOT readable, please enter 000.
